Founded in April 2001, TIPCO Asphalt Xinhui Company Limited (TIPCO－XH) is the wholly owned subsidiary of TIPCO Asphalt Public Company. TIPCO-XH is an asphalt depot and asphalt processing plant situated on a 28020m2 land in Jinguzhou Economic Development zone adjacent to the first grade Xinhui Tianma port. TIPCO-XH is a professional asphalt process plant, manufacture, process and store top quality asphalt products, e.g. Asphalt Cement, Polymer Modified Asphalt, Asphalt Emulsion, Polymer-Emulsion Asphalt etc. It is capable of receiving asphalt directly from the asphalt vessel and has asphalt tank capacity of 22,800MT, PMA production capacity 100MT/hour, above 30,00MT/year. In year 2016, Xinhui Company became bitumen futures delivery tank of Shanghai Futures Exchange.The plant is built with international standard facilities and operated professionally by the well-trained staff. The plant is equipped with comprehensive first-grade laboratory equipment as one of the Tipco research centers and technical service centers in China. By right of efficient supply and integrity service in many years, TIPCO-XH has been the major supplier of AC and PMA in the south China and gaining customers’ highly appraise.
